Entry requirements for an Undergraduate Degree Programme

Applicants should meet either of the following or equivalent

• Mean grade of C+ (plus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) OR other qualifications recognized by the Academic Board.
• A diploma from a recognized examining body or institution and in a field relevant to the programme sought at TUM.
• A Certificate taking 2 years and above from a recognized examining body or institution and in a field relevant to the programme sought at TUM.
• A Pre-university College Certificate from a recognized institution.
• Division II and above in O-level.

Entry requirements for Diploma Programme

• Mean grade of C (plain) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) OR other qualifications recognized by the Academic Board.
• A certificate from a credible institution (6 months and above) and in a field relevant to a programme sought at TUM.
• A Pre-university College Certificate from a recognized institution.
• Div. III in O-Level.

Entry requirements for Certificate Programmes

• Mean grade of C-(minus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) OR other qualifications recognized by the Academic Board.
• A craft course from a credible institution (6 months and above) and in a field relevant to a programme sought at TUM.
• A Pre-university College Certificate from a recognized institution.
• Div. IV in O-Level.

Entry requirements for a Postgraduate degree Programme

A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited University in a subject or subjects relevant to the course applied for. Duration of Programme: 1 Academic Year
